Stevenson has been honored numerous times for her career achievements. She received The Publicist Guild’s Max Weinberg Motion Picture Showmanship Award for participation in the marketing campaigns of Ray in 2004, The Lost World: Jurassic Park in 1998 and also in 1994 for Schindler’s List and Jurassic Park. She received 2004 President’s Award from Black Hollywood Education and Resource Center, 1998 Pioneer Award from Heroes and Legends, Publicist of the Year in 1997 from the Black Public Relations Society, Pioneer Award in 1995 from the Alliance of Black Entertainment Technicians.
Inspiring young people is important to her. She always makes time to participate in career day activities and on panels for careers in entertainment. Throughout the years she has been a mentor for many young African-Americans, who have started successful careers in the industry.
She resides in Ladera Heights, California and is married to Robert Louis Stevenson, an Emmy award-winning motion picture hairstylist. They have four adult children and five grandchildren.

Steven Williams, Director of Media Services, began working for Roz Stevenson Public Relations in 2005. His job responsibilities include coordinating publicity and promotional efforts for motion picture campaigns for TV, radio, print and online media outlets. He also provides support for celebrities during press junkets and red carpet events. Williams’ publicist career began in April 2004, when Grammy Producer Rodney Darkchild Jerkins asked him to become his publicist. Williams was success in landing an In Style wedding story, VH1 celebrity wedding, VH1 Taylor Dane & Rodney Jerkins remake, as well as entertainment segments on Access Hollywood, Extra, E! Entertainment and CNN. His client base included celebrity agent Glenn Toby, who manages 27 NFL players; boxing champion O’Neil Bell and the Bookbank Foundation, which assist the homeless and produces celebrity readings in impoverish neighborhoods. Adding to the roster is Tyler Perry’s House of Payne actor Cedric Pendleton and Noah’s Arch actor Gregory Kieth. Williams has promoted his clients on radio, TV, online and numerous magazines articles. Williams asked Roz Stevenson to join him in reaching out to the students at Dorsey High School, when the school was dealing with racial and educational struggles. She was more than eager to help; together they brought a panel of celebrities and civil rights organizers to proclaim “Peace through Education”. Shortly after, she asked Williams to work for her flourishing P.R. firm. He has not only found a new career in film publicity, but an extended family.

Publicity Coordinator
Brandy Stowers serves as the publicity coordinator for the company. She provides support on all film campaigns, press junkets, screenings, premieres and special events. Brandy’s experience includes serving as a celebrity red carpet escort, organizing set visits and writing press materials. Her feature stories and press releases have been published in African-American publications nationwide.
After graduating from California State University of Long Beach with a Bachelor in Journalism with emphasis in Public Relation and minor in Marketing, she immediately started working with the agency.
With a fascination for the fast paced environment of Los Angeles, Brandy enjoys exploring the day and night life of the city.
